We are searching for a highly motivated Program Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key operational leader shaping the future of content creation on YouTube. You will be responsible for building the operational backbone for our Generative AI (GenAI) & Shorts Go-to-Market program, enabling us to launch innovative creator tools at scale.
This is a highly cross-functional and operational role that requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will build and manage the infrastructure that allows our marketing programs to run efficiently, specializing in experiential campaigns with a strong grounding in product. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Creative, Social, PR, and Legal to ensure flawless execution of complex, high-visibility launches.
Responsibilities:- GTM Operations & Infrastructure: Design, build, and manage the operations and infrastructure to support a scalable, always-on Gen AI & Shorts GTM program. Develop repeatable processes, systems, and workflows to streamline campaign execution from concept to launch.
- Program Execution & Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of live Gen AI & Shorts initiatives. Act as the central point of contact for program execution, ensuring all timelines are met, stakeholders are aligned, and strategic goals are achieved.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Drive operational success across all Gen AI & Shorts GTM workstreams. Manage project plans, meeting agendas, and cross-functional communications to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow between teams.
- 4-7+ years of experience in marketing program management, marketing operations, or a related role, with a focus on GTM strategies for consumer tech or creator products.
- A deep interest in and knowledge of the emerging generative AI and SFV landscape and its applications in creative tools.
- Proven experience building and managing operational workflows and collaborating with Product, Marketing, Communications, and Creative teams at all levels.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and autonomous work style, with a highly organized and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex dependencies and timelines into clear, actionable plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
