  • Assist in developing and tracking corrective action plans in response to identified risks or issues

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare and distribute regular status reports, dashboards, and project updates to maintain stakeholder awareness
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes documentation, and action item follow-up
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for project documentation requests and ensure materials are accessible to authorized team members
  • Facilitate consistent, clear communication between the project team and all relevant client or partner stakeholders

Administrative & Documentation Support

  • Organize and maintain all project documentation including plans, reports, meeting notes, deliverables, and correspondence
  • Support the onboarding of new project team members by providing orientation to project tools, processes, and documentation standards
  • Assist in the preparation of project presentations, briefings, and deliverable packages for internal and client review
  • Manage shared project repositories and collaboration platforms to ensure content is current, well-organized, and properly governed
  • Support contract and procurement administration activities as needed, including tracking deliverable schedules and obligations

Required Qualifications
