The Program Manager will support the CUNY + Claims Conference Faculty Fellowship Program, an initiative designed to strengthen Holocaust education across CUNY and counter the growing problem of Holocaust inversion. This role will help coordinate year-long faculty fellowship that recruits and supports instructors developing or revising courses to integrate substantive Holocaust content. The Program Manager will manage administrative and programmatic day‑to‑day operations, including faculty fellows support, event coordination, partnership development, and tracking program outputs such as new courses, seminar, annual summit, and professional learning activities. This position plays a key role in advancing the program’s goals of building institutional capacity, improving campus climate, and fostering cross‑campus collaboration in Holocaust education.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
•    Manage day-to-day program operations, including scheduling, communications, and logistical coordination for faculty fellows.
•    Coordinate events and partnerships, supporting annual summits, professional learning activities, and collaborations with campus and community institutions.
•    Track and document program outputs, including new and revised courses, faculty participation, and other deliverables across the multi-year initiative.

Grant Management
•    Manage the project budget, ensuring expenses are processed in compliance with RF CUNY and CUNY financial policies.
•    Oversee grant-funded activities, ensuring all deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements for agencies are met.
•    Manage procurement, payroll, and other activities associated with the project.

•    Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree
•    At least three (3) years of full-time experience in similar work
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and changing environment with multiple priorities that need to be effectively managed
•    Strong problem-solving abilities to independently resolve routine and complex issues
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to details
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working with various teams and stakeholders
•    Demonstrated experience using data management systems; experience with data entry and generating reports; comfort using and troubleshooting new technology
•    Proficiency in MS Office 365 or similar productivity tools

Pay Range:

Minimum - Maximum: $67,500
