General Purpose
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Manager(s) with non-technical work associated with current projects.
Essential Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project changes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight.
- Coordinates closely with Project Manager to accurately manage project documentation
- Manages the Request for Information (RFI) process effectively while relaying the information to the team members and accurately logging the responses.
- Tracks project submittals and project information such as meeting minutes.
- Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed.
- Maintains outstanding company-client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Background in engineering is a plus.
- Background in document control software such as Procore is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
Working Conditions
Work Environment: Work is performed in an office setting with prolonged periods of sedentary activity.
Travel: Minimal travel may be required depending on assignments (0-10%)
Physical Activities: Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Managerial Responsibility: None.
