Who We Are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

The Role

EHR integrations are the backbone of trust for every health system we work with. When a connection is fast and reliable, Heidi disappears into the workflow.

We're hiring an Integrations Project Manager to run point on the delivery of our EHR integration roadmap across North America: EPIC, Oracle Health, WELL Health, OSCAR Pro, and the specialty-specific builds that come with complex health systems. You'll sit inside the Regional Integrations Reliability swimlane under the Regional Product Manager.

This is not a coordination-only role. You'll own timelines, flag risk before it becomes a fire, and hold engineering, product, and the field accountable to real dates with real customers attached to them.

What You’ll Do

  • Run delivery for the North America EHR integration roadmap. Track every build from scoping through go-live

  • Own the milestone plan. Deliver defensible dates customers can set their watches to (EPIC, Oracle Health, eCW, athenahealth, and others as the roadmap grows), and actively reprioritise around reliability and build demands.

  • Coordinate between Customer Success and integrations engineering. Triage incoming requirements and incidents, route them to the right engineer, and close the loop back to CS in a timely manner

  • Be accountable for delivery through the integration stage-gate process. Track from vendor access through the reliability gate, feature-flagged write-back, and post-launch monitoring, and keep the paper trail clean enough that Sev-1/Sev-2 history and test coverage are never in question at gate review

  • Be the connective tissue between product, engineering, and the commercial teams. Ensure commercial teams are aligned on integration timelines, and lead the development/maintenance of demo and onboarding enablement materials to guarantee successful customer outcomes.

  • Surface blockers early. Technical, resourcing, vendor-side, whatever they are. Nobody should find out about a slipped date in a customer call.

  • Build and maintain reporting to steer data-led decisions. PM and NA leadership use to track reliability and delivery health across the swimlane

  • Manage vendor and EHR-partner relationships where a project needs one, from initial technical scoping through certification and launch

How We’ll Measure It

  • Sprint delivery and defect escape rate across the integrations roadmap

  • Time to triage: how fast an incoming issue lands with the right engineer

  • Gate discipline: no integration advances past the reliability gate without complete documentation, sign-off, and the proper enablement

  • Contribution to the swimlane's headline numbers: 99.9% enterprise uptime, change-failure rate, and integration incident MTTR

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years in a project or program management role, ideally in healthcare tech, SaaS integrations, or a technical delivery environment with multiple external dependencies

  • Comfort reading a technical scope well enough to know when a timeline is real and when it's optimistic

  • A track record of running multiple concurrent workstreams without losing the detail on any of them

  • Direct, low-drama communication. You tell people the truth about a timeline before they have to ask

  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales or customer success, and knowing which one you're talking to at a given moment

  • Bonus: prior exposure to EHR/EMR ecosystems, FHIR, HL7, or health system IT procurement cycles

The way we work

1. Build to Last

We design for safety and reliability so clinicians, patients, and our teams can trust what we build every day.

2. Own Your Practice

Ideas rise on merit, not title, and everyone shares responsibility for the standards we set together.

3. Move Fast, Stay Steady

We move quickly but never at the cost of trust. Progress only matters if people can depend on what we make.

4. Make Others Better

Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together.

Why you will flourish with us 🚀?

  • In office to collaborate with like-minded professionals

  • Healthcare, Dental, Vision benefit options

  • 401k with 3% match

  • Personal development budget of $500 per annum

  • Become an owner, with shares (equity) in the company, if Heidi wins, we all win

  • The rare chance to create a global impact as you immerse yourself in one of the leading healthtech startups

  • The opportunity to fast track your startup career!

Heidi is dedicated to creating an equitable, inclusive, and supportive work environment that brings people together from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Our strength is in our differences. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome all applicants as we're committed to promoting a culture of opportunity for all.
