Team Venti a Microsoft Solutions Partner is looking for a Project Manager - Software / Scrum Master

We have an opening for a Project Manager – Software / Scrum Master responsible for leading software projects with agility, collaboration, and excellence.

This is a virtual/remote position to join our growing team. We are located in Austin, Texas, with an international presence in countries such as Canada, Mexico, USA among others, helping our clients achieve successful business outcomes through the smart implementation and support of Microsoft Cloud offerings.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of project delivery from initiation to completion, facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams on Scrum principles, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to help shape the next generation of Team Venti’s software and IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Scrum best practices.
  • Track sprint progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support pre-sales and project scope definition efforts.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and high-performance culture.

- Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).

-You must be able to work from home, have a quiet workspace, and have a computer and headset in good working order.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of project management experience.
  • 2+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Office 365.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • CSM or PMP certification is a plus.
