Serve as the primary contact among clients, account management, Product Operations, and internal teams. Collaboration with Product Operations
- Align requirements with Product Operations (prioritisation, deadlines, resources)
- Manage dependencies across the five departments in the delivery chain
- Translate client pain points into tasks for the team and vice versa
Work in tandem with the Account Manager
- Jointly maintain the health of the project and the client relationship
- Help the AM identify risks and adjust expectations in a timely manner
- Jointly resolve non-standard situations and escalations
Optimisation and analytics
- Track metrics: deadlines, quality, client satisfaction
- Compile lessons learnt and implement process improvements
- Propose data-driven optimisations to workflows
