Responsible for leading the project including design, development, and delivery of data-driven solutions for clients in the insurance industry. Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights, build data pipelines, and develop reporting frameworks to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities- Perform advanced data engineering tasks like building and maintaining data pipelines (ELT/ETL), designing data models based on data warehousing concepts (e.g., STAR, Medallion architecture) and creating interactive dashboards using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Have experience in deploying solutions on Cloud platforms like SAS, Snowflake or AWS (Amazon Web Services), ensuring scalability and performance.
- Utilize strong client management skills to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present findings.
- Demonstrate consulting experience by translating business needs to technical solutions, managing a team of analyst/engineers, and oversee workstreams to ensure timely delivery.
- Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Telecommuting permitted.
Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Advanced Analytics, or a directly related field plus seven (7) years of Project management experience. Must have seven (7) years of experience in the following: Client management, Project management, Structured Query Language, Data Engineering, Analytics Platform: SAS, Visualization Platform: Power BI or Tableau.
40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary range: $170,000 to $175,000 per year.
