Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement programs, manage client relationships, oversee a team of sourcing professionals, run RFx processes, supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across global engagements.

Handle inbound/outbound provider calls, emails, chats, and voicemails; log issues and escalate as needed; assist providers with portal navigation; meet quality and productivity standards; maintain HIPAA and confidentiality; report workflow or system issues and work within established service levels.
