Position Details:

As part of the Clinical Practice team, you will report to Chief Clinical Officer. You will support all clinical operations and ensure smooth collaboration across departments. Supporting the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), you will provide high-level operational and administrative support, coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, and manage special projects that align with our mission. This is an exempt, full-time, hybrid (this position requires a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office, a schedule determined by your supervisor. The in-office requirement and schedule are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the organization.

You Will:

  • Administrative·       

    • Provide administrative support to the CCO, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation while managing priorities and proactively resolving operational challenges.      

    • Facilitate cross-department collaboration and ensure effective communication.      

    • Support with team management, and initiatives including meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.       

    • Prepare reports and presentations in advance of meetings and as related to organizational priorities.

  • Operations and Project Management·       

    • Support daily operations, collaborating across teams to support integration across psychiatry, psychology, and research to support continuous growth and innovation.

    • Support recruitment and management of multidisciplinary clinical team.

    • Help support initiatives and drive accountability across teams to ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, productivity and documentation to ensure quality of care and safety of patients and staff and fiscal sustainability.

    • Help plan, implement and manage projects related to clinical operations·       Help support data collection, report creation and dashboard development.

    • Support implementation of clinical policies and procedures, including the how we work and clinician onboarding guides and collaborate with leadership to enhance efficiency.

    • Oversee vendor relationships, including evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring, to ensure delivery of goods and services.

    • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • 6 years of experience in office management, operations coordinator or executive support.

  • Experienced in using EHR's, clinical dashboards, workspace management systems, including assigning workspaces, generating reports, and maintaining dashboards.

  • Experience managing office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships.

  • Strong proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms.

Pay Range

The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
