Vantor’s Facilities & Real Estate team is seeking a strategic and highly driven Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex, high-impact facilities and real estate projects. This role will own project delivery from concept through closeout, serving as the central point of coordination across internal teams, external partners, vendors, and leadership. The Senior Project Manager will help strengthen project delivery standards, improve operational efficiency, and support facilities and infrastructure initiatives that enable Vantor’s long-term business needs.
Responsibilities
Lead complex Facilities & Real Estate projects through all lifecycle phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closeout, and handoff.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies in alignment with business goals.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, resources, schedules, and stakeholder expectations to support successful delivery.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, standards, tools, and best practices across the Facilities & Real Estate function.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, vendors, and leadership, providing clear updates on project status, risks, milestones, and decisions.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
Lead cross-functional project teams, driving accountability, task execution, issue resolution, and follow-through across departments and vendors.
Track and analyze project performance metrics, budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and milestone commitments to identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with Procurement on RFP development, vendor selection, contract negotiations, vendor performance management, and contractual compliance.
Develop project updates, dashboards, documentation, and strategic insights for leadership while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
5+ years of project leadership or project management experience
OSHA 10 Certification.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and related project materials.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical teams, vendors, stakeholders, and leadership.
Willingness to travel approximately 10–20%.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification.
OSHA 30 Certification.
Intermediate or advanced AutoCAD proficiency.
Experience managing Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility projects.
Experience supporting facilities, construction, real estate, infrastructure, or corporate transformation initiatives.
Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, vendor performance, RFPs, and contract-related deliverables.

Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate’s experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.
● The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $83,000.00 - $111,000.00 - $122,100.00 annually.For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
