Portfolio Schedule Management & Governance

  • Own and maintain the North America retail project portfolio schedule across new stores, remodels, relocations, temporary stores and closures.
  • Establish schedule governance, milestone standards and integrated project plans from BD kickoff through store opening.
  • Monitor critical path activities, validate schedule changes, assess delivery impacts, and provide portfolio-wide visibility into project status, forecasts and performance.

Project Lifecycle Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional project execution across feasibility, design, bidding, surveys, permitting, construction, visual merchandising and operational readiness.
  • Track milestone completion and schedule adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Survey & Permitting Coordination

  • Manage third-party survey and permitting partners, including scheduling, completion tracking, approvals and escalation of delays.
  • Coordinate survey access, documentation, and submittals impacting design and construction schedules.

Risk Management & Escalation

  • Identify, assess and maintain project and portfolio-level risks that may impact key milestones or store opening dates.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate impacts and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Drive proactive issue resolution and provide leadership with risk and escalation reporting.

Opening Readiness Coordination

  • Coordinate readiness milestones and ensure alignment between project completion, operational requirements and opening plans.
  • Evaluate schedule changes for impacts on operational readiness and store launch activities.

Executive Reporting & Portfolio Analytics

  • Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reporting for openings, closures, remodels, renovations and pipeline activity.
  • Report on schedule performance, milestone adherence, forecast accuracy, risks and delay trends.
  • Analyze portfolio metrics, identify process improvement opportunities and provide portfolio health updates to leadership.
