ROLE: 

We’re looking for a Client Implementation Manager who is motivated by our mission to unlock transformational healthcare outcomes.  To simplify the healthcare experience for employers and members, we have created a single digital platform across medical, pharmacy benefits & virtual care. As an implementation lead to onboard our largest and most complex clients & partnerships, you will bring strategic and organizational approaches that results in a world-class client experience.  In this role, you’ll be working alongside internal stakeholders and our clients, owning the implementation process, driving toward deliverables, and ensuring successful program launches. This is a high-impact, high-profile role, in which you’ll leverage both creativity and keen business acumen to standardize processes and share expertise, for the benefit of the entire Customer Success team.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Responsible for the overall project management & deliverable tracking for new client launches
  • Reviews client RFPs and contracts to ensure all commitments are incorporated into the project scope
  • Manage timelines and expectations of new clients, partnering with internal stakeholders and SMEs
  • Act as a cross functional liaison, tracking deliverables and due dates
  • Ensures operational and technology readiness for go-live by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • In conjunction with the CSM, monitor go-live operational activity to identify any potential issues and develop rapid response plans to implement solutions and remediation efforts
  • Accountable to the successful and timely launch of client programs
  • Manage and oversee multiple implementations simultaneously, assisting team to deliver launches on time
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and support training for new team members
  • Create client specific playbooks for internal teams as part of client implementation
  • Renewal / upsell implementation management, as needed
  • Manage internal strategic projects, including leading internal/vendor stakeholder meetings to gather/document requirements, maintain project plans, track tasks, track risks/issues, and create status reports for various internal and external audiences
  • Evaluation & enhancement of current project management tools / templates for the CS team (working collaboratively with Product & PBM Implementation leads)
  • Internal projects and knowledge management SME

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 3-5 years experience as an implementation manager or similar project management and client-facing role within health benefits, health and wellness, health plans or systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated finesse communicating with both upper management and less-experienced team members, in a highly-professional environment
  • Strong project leadership skills, with proven ability to multitask effectively, including assisting with projects belonging to other team members
  • A think-on-your-feet approach, with masterful problem-solving skills, in order to understand and respond to new and diverse partner needs
  • The background, empathy and business skills necessary to grasp clients’ priorities, pain points and goals
  • Ability to prioritize between tight deadlines and longer, strategic goals and objectives. 
  • A true collaborator who acts with grace, humility, inclusiveness and open-mindedness.
  • Energy and passion for teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
  • Demonstrated product expertise and the ability to learn new products
