We’re looking for a DEI Program Manager (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) to join Snap Inc! As a key member of the IDEA Team (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Awareness), you’ll be responsible for managing projects and implementing programs for various initiatives tied to Snap’s DEI strategic plan, and have the opportunity to make Snap Inc. an even better place to work for all employees. Working from our Los Angeles headquarters or New York office, you’ll drive our diversity recruiting and employer brand efforts, define our partnerships strategy and manage our relationships with partner organizations and support the implementation of our DEI strategy for the business.
What you’ll do:
Define and implement our DEI recruitment strategy in partnership with our Recruiting and Talent teams.
Lead efforts to collect and share more inclusive DEI demographic data to better understand the experiences of diverse groups at Snap and tell their stories to better DEI outcomes.
Partner with business leaders and our People Analytics teams to develop bespoke DEI hiring plans informed by internal and external talent pools and other factors.
Manage DEI partnership program and partner with our Employer Brand team to further our recruiting efforts, our brand, and our mission to be recognized as a leading employer in the DEI space.
Manage third-party partnerships with subject-matter experts on cultural and DEI matters that can be leveraged by teams across the company
Collaborate on the DEI team’s involvement in industry and recruiting conferences in collaboration with the Recruiting and Events teams
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Consistent track record of project and program management skills
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
Ability to influence leaders from a variety of subject areas and seniority levels
Experience building DEI hiring plans and/or implementing data tracking in collaboration with people analytics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to develop new skills and expertise in new subject areas
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to the changing needs and priorities of the organization
Experience effectively implementing talent initiatives, tools and processes
Ability to learn the details of how businesses work and utilizing that information to build strategies and solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience or equivalent years of experience
5+ years work experience in a HR, analytics or DEI-related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years experience working with, interpreting and analyzing people data
2+ years of experience building DEI hiring plans and/or implementing data tracking
2+ years DEI expertise as it relates to recruiting and partnership management
