Our innovation team is tasked with accelerating our aggressive growth trajectory by translating new ideas into reality. The Associate Manager will be an integral part of driving the growth of a new business line within Freshly and will be responsible for managing project execution from start to finish including creating and managing through timelines, agendas, and team inputs. Cross-functional partnership, project management skills, and drive to execute with speed and excellence are key to success in this role. The role provides great exposure to the development of a business from scratch. You’ll be a part of a dynamic, creative, and fun environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners through the product development process as you bring new initiatives to market.
• Responsible for day-to-day project management for multiple initiates, including developing and managing timelines and stakeholder approvals.
• Monitor and analyze business performance, customer feedback, market trends, and competitive information; formulate insights and provide strategic recommendations for the portfolio.
• Participate in execution of ongoing marketing support for the portfolio including formulating tactical briefs, briefing creative team, evaluate performance against KPIs and make recommendations

About You:

• Highly efficient and organized, with great attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills for a fast-paced startup environment - skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities.
• Customer-centric mindset and passion for addressing consumer needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Naturally curious and a creative problem solver.
• 3-5 years experience in project management, product development, or brand management; food industry experience a plus; BA required
• Demonstrated passion for health and wellness and / or food and nutrition.
