The Role

Ceros is seeking a Lead Project Manager, Enterprise to manage a team of producers while also overseeing their own projects on the Ceros Professional Services team. As a Lead Project Manager, Enterprise, you will be responsible for managing between 1-3 Producers and 5-10 projects across our Enterprise accounts. For your direct reports, you will manage their professional development and provide coaching for escalation items. For your projects, you will work directly with Content Strategists, UX designers, visual designers and production designers on each project. Working alongside the Customer Success and Partnerships team, you will be client-facing and actively involved in project briefs, drafting SOW's, project plans, budgets, resources and project burn. You will also have the opportunity to work directly in the Ceros platform to troubleshoot and facilitate build tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the nuances of Enterprise customers and how to manage their expectations and workflow
  • Recognize opportunities and lead initiatives that support Ceros’ business goals 
  • Lead the way for process improvements
  • Manage 1-3 direct reports 
  • Oversee professional development and quarterly assessments for direct reports
  • Provide guidance and coaching with all escalation items from direct reports
  • Manage 5-10 concurrent projects
  • Client-facing
  • Lead discovery calls 
  • Define & own project deliverables
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Demonstrate commitment to improving self and team

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

  • 7+ years experience as an interactive/digital producer/project manager
  • Experience with direct reports and professional development

  • This is a remote-first role with the ability to work on east coast time; travel periodically to our NY offices and visit clients

Ceros employees live and work all over the world, but our HQ is in New York and we’ve got offices in London and Prague.
