We’re looking for an Learning & Development, Product Specialist on our Service-at-Scale team.
VidMob’s Service-at-Scale team is dedicated to scaling VidMob’s services internally and externally. The team is focused on finding efficiencies, problem-solving, and ensuring decisions are grounded in data. The team will be responsible for producing internal and external facing content that helps scale VidMob expertise and will play an integral role in developing training content.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience working in a related field (ad tech, SaaS platform support, product implementation support)
- Experience working in marketing or advertising
- Experience in process management or process improvement in technology industry
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally across various teams, skill sets, and roles
- A relentless passion for efficiency
- A passion to understand and translate technical knowledge to day-to-day terms
- The ability to breakdown a long term vision into a step-by-step plan
- A never-ending curiosity
- An excitement towards knowledge-sharing
- A contributor who enjoys individual goals in order to achieve milestones as a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities Include
- Work collaboratively with Product, Product Marketing, and Strategic Client Management to bring new offerings to market
- Seek out areas to automate or create more efficient processes
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to reach deep understanding of product and its functions
- Develop and evaluate success metrics to measure impact of process improvements
- Document, implement, and maintain processes across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate an ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Participate in client-facing issues to troubleshoot
- Develop system to bring client feedback to Product
- Facilitate internal trainings and external conversations as a product expert
