Manager, Partner Management (Strategy & Insights) at Snap Inc.
We’re looking for a Manager, Partner Management for Strategy and Insights to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Content Business and Operations team, working from our New York, NY office, you will take a leading role in setting our content partner strategy, provide meaningful insights and analytics on partner performance, and support the overall health of Snapchat’s content ecosystem. You will work closely with internal teams including Strategic Partner Management, Business Affairs and Programming, as well as key external partners. Your working knowledge of the content business landscape as well as digital advertising and monetization businesses will help Snap ensure that it remains a leader in the content space and remains a premiere destination for our partners. The person who leads Partner Strategy and Insights should be self-motivated, curious, and always looking to solve puzzling questions.
What you'll do:
Lead strategic initiatives, presentations and analysis with executive level visibility for the Content Business and Operations team
Develop unique approaches to find insights in partner performance data (audience, engagement, and revenue) in order to drive long-term ecosystem health
Create strong narratives relying on multiple data types; platform performance, individual partner performance, behavioral data, and other qualitative and quantitative studies
Develop dashboards that improve executive visibility into performance of our content business overall, as well as the experience of individual partners
Lead cross functional efforts to develop new partner reporting systems that can be utilized by Snap and our partners
5+ years of relevant experience working with data in digital technology, consulting, or investment banking with a focus on media and entertainment
Experience advising a variety of senior executives on complex business issues with strategic, analytic, and solutions-oriented guidance
Strong analytical and modeling skills working with multiple sources of data. Experience with data querying (SQL), Excel, Looker, Tableau, and other tools is a plus
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate well with colleagues
Proven record of executing independently at a high level against short timelines in a fast-paced industry
MBA is a plus
