About This Role: We are looking for an energetic and hyper-organized Onboarding Associate to work with our customers and design team to help get restaurants started on the BentoBox platform. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground-floor of a fast-growing startup serving the restaurant industry.

What You'll Do:

• Assist awesome restaurants across the country get up and running on BentoBox
• Have kick-off and revisions calls with customers regarding their websites
• Manage tasks with our design and content teams
• Conduct website quality assurance (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!)
• Own a queue of 40-50 customers and hit your onboarding timelines
• Train customers on the platform, their menu, various integrations (social, reservations, etc.), and all other aspects of the product
• Help shape future product development based on customer feedback and insights
• Uphold BentoBox’s core mission, vision, and values

Experience We're Looking For:

• High energy and ambition; enthusiasm to give 150% every day to help support restaurants so they can better serve their communities
• Passion for the restaurant industry and for helping owners and operators thrive in a digital world
• Hyper-organized and strong multi-tasker who can easily manage numerous projects
• Very strong attention to detail and creative eye
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interest in problem-solving
• Positivity, patience, and professionalism
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Basic understanding of how websites are built and not afraid to learn new technology
