Mulberry is hiring for an Onboarding Manager to be the operational quarterback post-sale and pre-account management in order to quickly and effectively onboard new retailer partnerships and ultimately drive net revenue as quickly as possible for our business. As an Onboarding Implementation Manager at Mulberry, you will be part of our Partner Success team, and report into our Director of Partner Success. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Focus on creative and process oriented ways to decrease the time Mulberry’s partners spend in the onboarding phase
  • Seamlessly project manage the multiple work streams of Mulberry’s partner onboarding to ensure every step is met at the highest quality
  • Run trainings for core partner stakeholders to ensure they are trained on all aspects of Mulberry 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of how Mulberry’s technology plugs into a retailers ecommerce ecosystem (ERP and OMS implications)
  • QA each integration and manage technical troubleshooting where feasible
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure all launch blockers are assessed and removed
  • Document each customer’s unique product setup and needs to hand over to our Partner Success Team
  • Provide transparency for internal and external stakeholders on where each of the workstreams stand at all times during the onboarding process for your BoB
  • Act as a Technical Consultant externally and internally. 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of implementation or project management experience OR experience in a similar technical customer-facing role driving projects and executing on deliverables in a SaaS environment (ex: Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, etc.) 
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms, and downstream technologies
  • Competence in speaking to/understanding technical integrations, specifically related to eCommerce platforms, APIs, front-end development, etc
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally. 
  • Proactive, thorough, and transparent in communication - people rarely need to follow up with you. You are able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical folks, from on-the-ground ops teams to executives. Able to quickly understand and break down complex questions and concepts 
  • BA/BS degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
