We are looking for an energetic and hyper-organized Onboarding Manager to work with our clients and design team to help get restaurants started on the BentoBox platform. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground-floor of a fast-growing startup serving the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist awesome restaurants across the country get up and running on BentoBox
• Have kick-off and revisions calls with customers regarding their websites
• Manage tasks with our design and content teams
• Conduct website quality assurance (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!)
• Manage onboarding timelines
• Train customers on the platform
• Help shape future product development based on customer feedback and insights
• Uphold BentoBox’s core mission, vision, and values

Skills and Attributes

• Hyper-organized and strong multi-tasker who can easily manage numerous projects
