Project Coordinator - Account Management

Garner Health is looking for a Project Coordinator for the Account Management team. This person will work closely with the customer success org to ensure that all clients have a delightful experience with Garner.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for running multiple cross-functional systems including Onboarding. You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Claims team to drive Garner’s mission forward. This role will report to the Head of Account Management.
What you’ll do:
- Manage multiple cross functional systems
- Onboarding: You will coordinate with AM, finance and engineering to ensure that new clients have
- Eligibility & File Feeds: You will work with engineering and AM to ensure that Garner has an accurate count of eligible employees on a monthly basis
- Scheduling and Tracking: You will support the AM team to ensure all formal business reviews are scheduled and held
- Work closely with the Head of Account Management to support the ongoing functions of the team
About you:
- 2+ years working at a fast paced company handling multiple workstreams
- Experience prioritizing effectively, strong detail orientation and a client service mentality
- An interest in learning about Account Management
- An ability to manage complex projects and achieve results against tight deadlines
- A strong ability to think systematically and design operational processes
- A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside
