This is your chance at being part of history and future success. We are looking for a Project Manager for our Commercialization & Implementation team.

The Commercialization Team is responsible for the development of our menu and bringing our meals to market. This includes, but is not limited to, meal prototyping, ingredient testing, consumer sensory evaluations, market research and industry trend analysis, label and meal content development, etc. As a Project Manager on the commercialization team, you will support and facilitate key team and business objectives, specifically those pertaining to the physical product. This entails new product and innovation initiatives, product improvement projects, and overall process advancement for team efficiency. This position will report directly into our Director of Commercialization & Implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected, cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate the commercialization of Gold Standard and innovation initiatives.
• Work with Marketing and Customer Experience to help steer product communication to consumers, including meal marketing campaigns, menu and meal changes, etc.
• Work with the Tech Product to help develop the UX experience around the menu and meals.
• Examine customer reviews to determine trends and opportunities for product improvement.
• Stay abreast of market and competitor trends, to identify new meal and innovation opportunities.
• Help organize processes, develop systems, and identify team efficiencies for continuous improvements.
• Be an expert on our meals and the industry to serve as a commercialization liaison with other departments, vendors and at industry events.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in product development, business development, operations, or a related field; food and/or health industry a plus
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite productsTalent for communicating, influencing, and problem-solving
• Outstanding organizational skills Natural business acumen
• Strong project management skills for a fast-paced startup environment - skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities
• You are optimistic, resourceful, and ready to take on any challenges!
