The Role

The Project Manager, Product will be responsible for the scoping, planning, and execution of various cross-functional team projects within established Product cycles. You’ll be driving work to meet our key Product deliverables that will ultimately influence greater product engagement and adoption in schools. Your work will include forecasting resources to meet project needs, owning communications to critical project stakeholders, and removing blockers to maintain forward momentum for projects while keeping the team motivated. You’ll help ensure projects are on time and within resource constraints, as well as act as the key point of contact between senior leaders, accountable project leads, and other stakeholders across the company. Additionally, you’ll partner with our other project managers to develop systems and processes to scale our project management work, with a goal of improving efficiencies, standardization of projects and optimization of our work.

You have a bank of proven project management processes and have used them to effectively influence technical and non-technical teams to keep projects on track. You’re an effective communicator who always seeks input from key stakeholders to drive alignment and deep understanding of the project at hand, while providing transparency and key information to all teammates from engineers to product managers.
