The Role
LeafLink is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in New York City, Los Angeles or Austin as a part of our Revenue Planning and Operations team. In this role you will drive the prioritization and development of projects across the GTM Operations organization and help us make the transition over to an Agile Org. As our PM you’ll manage the end-to-end project delivery process, resource deployment, and overall leadership and coordination efforts with internal stakeholders and GTM Operations team to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
The right person will be able to prioritize inputs from across the organization and drive a closed-loop feedback process to ensure best practices are accounted for in each and every project. The role will own the project management function within the GTM Ops organization and report directly to our Director of RP&O.
Responsibilities
- Defines prioritizes, and develops project roadmaps for our GTM Ops
- Create the agile playbook for the GTM Ops organization
- Leads the communication of project/ initiative progress, needs and risks to the appropriate audiences
- Understands and analyzes project risks and resource allocation within the GTM Ops Team
- Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with a meaningful contribution
- Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations on quantitative analysis for business case development
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience across B2B technology and business services
- An understanding of Revenue Operations Methodologies
- Be a change management expert: tasked with rallying the entire organization around agile project management, ushering new processes, and communicating with company stakeholders
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
- A willingness to think outside of the box to provide innovative solutions to internal stakeholders
- Ability to apply project management best practices across a number of initiatives at a time
- Ability to solve challenging technical business problems
- Ability to partner with business teams on concepts and strategies to ensure a collaborative go-to-market approach
