What you will be doing
As a Senior Program Manager (Sr PgM), you will be reporting to the Director of Programs and act as a key collaborator with members of the clinical, member experience, marketing, and product teams. The Sr PgM will be part of a team of program managers and analysts that seeks to determine feasibility of proposed projects, develop project plans, identify risks and issues, gaps and dependencies, and ultimately execute projects with cross-functional stakeholders. This is a remote-first role and has the flexibility to be located anywhere in the U.S.
What success looks like
- Determining project feasibility for highlighted strategic projects.
- Developing project plans for high priority, strategic initiatives with multiple workstreams.
- Proactively monitoring program performance, issues, identifying risks, issues across all programs and supporting the development of remediation plans.
- Fostering collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and the cross-functional project teams.
- Socializing important decisions with identified stakeholders
- Preparing non program teams to operate on their own with set direction and providing insights, tools, and best practices to assure smaller initiatives are better positioned to provide expected outcomes
- Driving rapid discovery, solution and implementation against unanticipated initiatives or projects as identified by the leadership team based on specified set of criteria
- Coordinating operationalization efforts internally for Eden teams, including clinical, product, engineering, revenue cycle, credentialing, marketing and operations. Scope of support includes developing implementation/rollout plans, supporting job aid and training development and playbooks
What you will bring
- Establish operational objectives with respect to payer partnerships and high touch implementation efforts
- Develop company-wide operational processes to support ongoing payer partnerships
- Interacts regularly with Eden Executive management
- Develop and maintain project plans for high priority, strategic initiatives with multiple workstreams.
- Proactively monitor program performance, issues, identifying risks, issues across all programs and supporting the development of remediation plans.
- Ensure that initiatives within each strategic program are aligned with business priorities.
- Foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and the cross-functional project teams.
- Socialize important decisions with identified stakeholders.
- Develop company wide new workflows and processes as needed to support payer market implementation process
- Prepare non program teams to operate on their own with set direction and providing insights, tools, and best practices to assure smaller initiatives are better positioned to provide expected outcomes
- Proactively monitor performance issues; identifying risks across assigned programs and supporting the development of remediation plans.
- Drive rapid discovery, solutioning, and implementation against unanticipated initiatives or projects as identified by the leadership team
- Develop and leverage tools/processes required to support successful operationalization of new payers
- Coordinate operationalization efforts internally for Eden teams, including clinical, product, engineering, revenue cycle, credentialing, marketing and operations.
