Senior Technical Program Manager

As a Cross-Functional Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for gathering and setting program priorities, leading cross-functional development, and coordinating teams to deliver on time. The Program Manager will work in close collaboration with cross-functional hardware, firmware and software engineering and design teams, vendors, partners and Latch supply chain.
You will develop, implement and deliver on program timelines based on business requirements provided by product management. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of leadership, superb communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Define priorities and scope of work based on product roadmap
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, milestones and risks
- Ability to speak up when necessary and drive alignment without authority
- Report to leadership on program status and manage escalations
- Drive retrospectives and iterate on process to continue executing efficiently
- Identify and understand risks and manage mitigation plans
- Manage release schedules, backlog grooming and issue triage rituals
