The Role: 

The  Senior Technical Program Manager will manage cross-functional projects and ensure efficient project execution by monitoring project performance, roadmap updates, and status communications and reporting on Technology and Data projects. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, you will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, Source Systems Owners, and the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence teams. You will participate in the Data Steering Committee and help drive Data decisions across the company, all while helping to ensure adherence to data governance policy. You will create the project plans, dependency matrices, define reporting metrics, identify potential risks, and support project team members by coordinating work and removing obstacles/distractions to allow the team to focus on execution and delivery.

Why We’ll Love You: 

With 10+ years of SDLC project management experience, specifically with enterprise applications and data operations, you have proven experience as program and project management experience, as well as knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology challenges related to the management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection. You’re also well versed in risk data architecture and technology solutions, and have foundational knowledge of GDPR compliance constraints. You are an excellent project and program manager (ideally with PMP certification), and are proficient in JIRA and Monday.com applications to track tasks and develop reporting dashboards. You have demonstrated success in breaking down complex problems and projects into manageable goals, on time and aligned to broader department/company priorities. You’re also an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex, technical updates across various audiences, levels, and stakeholders.
