We are looking for a Special Projects Lead to spearhead critical projects of high strategic importance to Ribbon Health. You will own cross-functional initiatives that span across the leadership team, help us drive new processes and operations, and lead important strategic partnerships.

Your day-to-day:

• Adding Structure to Unstructured Problems: You will use your creativity and analytical rigor to thrive in running with new hard problems without a clear answer. You will evaluate our existing internal processes and operations and propose solutions that will enable us to scale quickly and efficiently
• Running Cross-Functional Initiatives: You will take on critical problems that affect multiple and/or all aspects of Ribbon, work with the team to drive solutions & outcomes, and think of ways to scale these solutions with the company
• Owning Critical External Partnerships: You will identify strategic partnerships that can help us address key gaps, ranging from external data partnerships to creative ways to build awareness of and drive our business
