We are remote friendly!Job MissionThe mission of the Product Team is to lead development of the market leading product(s) for Provider Network Management. More specifically the Technical Project Manager — implementation will provide thorough development strategies and project plans for agile projects that encompass realistic application development, integration, and operations timelines. They must supervise the project team members and ensure that deadlines are met, maintain project budgets and cost benefit analysis. They will leverage project management tools to provide visibility into project status and prepare progress reports for executive sponsors and management team. This role will ensure that projects meet business specification, within an established timeframe and budget.Outcomes

  1. Project Management
  • Facilitate and lead various scrum ceremonies (i.e., daily standups, retrospectives, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demonstrations) along with tracking and updating activities (tickets, notes, delivery timelines etc.)
  • Work with relevant stakeholders and internal SMEs to identify, define and document project requirements, drive clarity of scope, timeline, objectives, risks and constraints
  • Implementation Focus
    • Able to navigate multiple streams of incoming client requirements, compartmentalize them, and partner with the Product team to find / plan solutions.
    • Support/Partner with product managers by ensuring backlog refinement and readiness.
    • Collaborate with implementation team and clients to provider transparency into engineering progress on solutions 
    • Driving the resolution of impediments precluding teams from making progress against plans and deadlines
    • Collaborates with other Technical Project Managers (TPM) to coordinate cross-team dependencies and other teams within the organization.
  • Enable the engineering team to execute on the roadmap
    • Lead requirements gathering and development of use cases, user stories including acceptance criteria
    • Share context to overall project goals and client needs to engineering team
    • Facilitate solution technical alignment discussions 
    • Manage balance of development between scalable architecture, innovation, reduction of technical debt and bug support
    • Ensure new features are completed as intended and free from significant bugs before being delivered to stakeholders/clients.
  • Communicate status clearly: progress, setbacks, and tradeoffs across management and stakeholders
    • Provide consistent, targeted updates to team members across the organization based on their roles & goals
    • Leverage our weekly all-hands meeting and demos as opportunities to communicate updates broadly
    • Hide no problems or risks. Be clear about what’s going well and where there are issues with the projects you’re managing.

    In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, salary range is displayed: Estimated salary range: $120,000 to $145,000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the andros salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of andros’s total rewards package for our employees. Other rewards may include annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
