Marble is building the new operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform to unlock access to care today and raise the standard of care for tomorrow.
Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. At the heart of this crisis is a severe lack of access to quality, affordable care. When kids can't get help, problems compound and preventable tragedies follow. Marble partners directly with school counselors to get students into care quickly by connecting them to licensed therapists through the insurance coverage they already have, with no waitlists.
We're an early-stage, fast-moving team. The people who join now will shape how we build and what we build.
About the RoleMarble's ability to deliver care depends on one thing: a high-quality, scalable network of therapists. As Provider Growth Lead, you'll own how we source, engage, evaluate, and activate therapists as we expand into new states, starting with new market launches and evolving into a repeatable, scalable engine.
This is a highly ambiguous, high-impact role. You'll diagnose what's working today, identify where we're getting stuck, and execute on the highest-leverage fixes, whether that's testing new sourcing approaches, debugging funnel drop-offs, or tightening activation processes. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to translate strategy into systems that hold up as Marble grows.
What You'll DoOwn the provider acquisition engine end-to-end through sourcing, engaging, evaluating, and activating therapists across existing and new markets
Diagnose the current funnel, identify what's working and where we're losing providers, and execute on improvements fast
Design the workflows, tools, and operating cadence that support consistent, high-quality provider supply growth across markets
Test new sourcing approaches and scale what works turning early, manual processes into repeatable systems
Track progress and performance across markets and surface insights to leadership and cross-functional partners
Collaborate across Operations, Clinical, and Growth to ensure provider supply keeps pace with student demand
3–4 years of experience in growth, or business operations at a startup or fast-growing company
Demonstrated ability to own 0→1 workstreams end-to-end in ambiguous environments
Process thinker who likes to build — you know how to get from 0→1 with scrappy, simple solutions and then to scale by spotting patterns and building systems
Relentless drive — no task is too small, and you're as willing to roll up your sleeves and do the hands-on work as you are to design the long-term solution
Comfortable making sense of messy problems and getting to root causes even when the path isn't clear
Thoughtful communicator, open to feedback, and focused on what's best for the mission and the people we serve
Based in New York and able to work from our SoHo office at least two days per week
Mission-driven and energized by improving access to mental health care for kids
Bonus:
Experience in marketplaces, recruiting, acquisition, or supply-side growth
Experience in healthcare or other operationally complex environments
Experience with CRMs, ATSs, or similar tooling to manage pipelines
Direct impact on kids' mental health access — this work is meaningful
Greenfield opportunity to build something from the ground up, with leadership support and a clear growth path
Small, experienced team that moves fast and takes the work seriously
