What You'll Be Doing

You’ll build strong clinical experience while working with a diverse outpatient population:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental status exams
• Develop and implement treatment plans with team support
• Manage outpatient medication treatment
• Work with patients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and complex conditions
• Collaborate with therapists, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff
• Participate in suicide risk assessments with guidance and support
• Gain experience treating co-occurring disorders and personality presentations
• Document care using modern EMR systems

RequirementsRequirements
• MD or DO (Psychiatry)
• Board eligible or board certified
• Licensed or license-eligible in New York State
• Interest in outpatient psychiatry
