We’re searching for a Publisher Partnerships Manager to build and scale high-impact media distribution partnerships that expand BeInCrypto’s global reach. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our syndication strategy, secure partnerships with leading media and aggregator platforms, and help millions of new readers discover BeInCrypto content worldwide.
Tasks
* Identify and develop strategic syndication, licensing, and content distribution partnerships.
* Build and manage relationships with aggregators, publishers, and media platforms.
* Research competitor distribution strategies and uncover new growth opportunities.
* Structure partnership deals, including attribution models, traffic-sharing terms, and co-branding agreements.
* Craft compelling outreach campaigns, partnership proposals, and follow-ups that drive responses.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, operations, and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution.
* Track referral traffic, engagement, and partnership performance to optimize growth.
* Represent BeInCrypto at media and publishing events to expand industry connections.
Requirements
* Have at least 2–5 years of experience in media distribution, syndication, partnerships, or content licensing.
* Have experience working with publishers, aggregators, adtech, or media platforms.
* Understand how content syndication, referral partnerships, and distribution ecosystems operate.
* Know how to independently manage partnership pipelines and close strategic deals.
* Have strong written communication and outreach skills.
* Are fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
* Have a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3.
