Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test solutions to ensure application quality, reliability, and performance
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools and techniques to improve test coverage, defect detection, and testing efficiency
• Design and build smart test automation frameworks using modern testing and scripting technologies
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality validation and faster releases
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define test strategies and quality requirements
• Utilize AI and analytics to identify testing gaps, predict risks, and optimize quality engineering processes
• Support cloud-based applications and ensure quality standards are maintained across all environments
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through automation, innovation, and adoption of emerging AI capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field, or Undergraduate with equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Testing
• Experience with CI/CD tools, GitHub, and automated testing pipelines
• Familiarity with Azure Public Cloud and cloud-native application testing
• Proficiency in automation technologies specifically in Playwright and others such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of AI-assisted testing, test automation accelerators, and modern quality engineering practices
• Proven solid programming and scripting skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or related languages
• Proven solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Proven excellent collaboration and communication skills with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
