We are seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to join our Tel Aviv Office and drive cross-functional execution across our R&D organization.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with R&D leadership and management, lead complex initiatives across multiple teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear visibility. You’ll also own key infrastructure and FinOps initiatives, and work day-to-day with the VP R&D, including building leadership-ready updates and presentations.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-R&D programs: planning, execution, dependency management, and delivery tracking.
- Partner with R&D managers and team leads to define scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and success metrics.
- Drive infrastructure projects (e.g., internal platforms, tooling, dev productivity, cloud enablement) in collaboration with Engineering, DevOps, Security, Product Management and IT.
- Own and coordinate FinOps initiatives: cloud cost visibility, optimization efforts, forecasting, and governance alongside finance and engineering stakeholders.
- Establish and continuously improve project management practices across R&D (cadences, templates, status reporting, risk management, retrospectives).
- Identify risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies early; proactively propose solutions and align stakeholders.
- Build and present clear, concise updates for leadership: executive summaries, roadmap views, KPIs, and decision points.
- Facilitate R&D planning cycles and operational rhythms (weekly leadership syncs, program reviews, quarterly planning, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in Project/Program Management in a software R&D environment (SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or platform teams preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, EE, or a related field.
- Proven track record leading cross-team programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and how R&D teams operate (engineering, QA, DevOps, product, security).
- Experience managing infrastructure/tooling/platform projects and working with technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with FinOps / cloud cost management concepts (forecasting, tagging, cost allocation, optimization) hands-on experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complexity into clear plans, updates, and leadership presentations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
Why UVeye:
