Job Description

The RCM Data Analyst Intern will support Ensora Health’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team by assisting with reporting, data analysis, and basic financial and margin calculations. This 10‑week, full‑time summer internship offers hands‑on experience with RCM analytics, reporting tools, and business decision support across Operations, RCM, and Sales. Interns will gain practical exposure to data workflows that help inform pricing, revenue forecasting, and operational insights.

Must be a current college student in undergrad (junior or senior) or grad school.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with running and interpreting reports from practice management systems (PMS) and Salesforce.
  • Support pricing analysis and rate reviews for potential new sales deals.
  • Help calculate costs and margins under guidance from RCM analysts.
  • Assist with validating, organizing, and analyzing data to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Learn and apply standard reporting templates, definitions, and analytics processes.
  • Support basic billing and cash application analysis to understand revenue flows.
  • Collaborate with RCM, Operations, and Sales teams to understand data needs and business context.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to build analytical and RCM knowledge.
What You Bring
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Juniors and Seniors preferred.
  • Strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and business analytics.
  • Comfort working with data, numbers, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn structured analytical processes.
  • Ability to follow defined procedures and ask thoughtful questions.
  • No prior RCM, Salesforce, or data analyst experience required.
