We're excited to present an exciting role as a Real Estate Business Partner at Ericsson. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to identify and influence emerging trends, tackle workplace challenges, and create innovative solutions that enhance our working practices. Utilizing in-depth knowledge of the Real Estate field, our Workplace Expert will use their experience to provide valuable insights that aid in the formation and implementation of global strategies, policies, and processes in their area of expertise. This role will require proactive interaction with internal stakeholders and management of preferred suppliers, ultimately ensuring a productive and efficient working environment.
What you will do:- Interface with various company heads, end users, suppliers, and group functions to prioritize and identify necessary improvements.- Develop and deploy strategies, policies, processes and tools to optimize workplace environment.- Utilize your specialist expertise to drive support and manage major projects.- Manage and collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and the successful implementation of strategies.- Develop and manage key performance metrics for the area of expertise.- Apply managerial skills to handle employee relations, training, performance management, process and frameworks.
