Caskinette Ford is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist to join our team!
Our receptionist is often the first person our customers speak with or see when they contact the dealership. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and can help keep a busy dealership running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and helping direct them to the right department
Answering and routing incoming phone calls
Taking accurate messages and assisting with basic customer questions
Providing friendly, professional customer service
Assisting sales, service, and office staff with administrative tasks
Handling paperwork, filing, scanning, and data entry
Helping maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and showroom
Performing other general office duties as needed
We’re looking for someone who:
Is friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with customers
Has strong communication and customer service skills
Is dependable and punctual
Can multitask in a busy environment
Is organized and pays attention to detail
Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Works well independently and as part of a team
Automotive experience is not required. We’re happy to train the right person!
