Who We Are

Rilla’s the leading virtual ridealong software intelligence for outside sales and service. Think solar, roofing, and real estate sales reps. They talk to customers face to face, our mobile app records their conversations, and our AI automatically transcribes and analyzes their conversations to help them improve their sales.

Our vision is to bring the power of conversation intelligence from the Zoom meeting and the call center to the more than 10M salespeople who work offline.

We’re growing 20% MoM, have hundreds of customers, a Net Revenue Retention above 150%, an NPS higher than the iPhone’s, and we are profitable!  We’re most recently backed with Series A funding by Bessemer Venture Partners. In addition, we're backed by Comma Capital, Entrepreneurs Roundtable Fund, Launch Fund by Jason Calacanis, and Broom Ventures.

Who You Are

  • A customer obsessive. Someone who deeply cares about delighting clients and solving their pains, not about vanity metrics.

  • An infinite learner. You are always looking to learn more and learn faster. You feel uneasy when you get complacent, and you’re constantly seeking discomfort.

  • A team player. You love giving and receiving feedback and learning and growing as a team.

  • Unafraid of failure. You take risks. You see failure as an opportunity to learn, grow, and be better the next time. In a weird way, you trick your brain into being excited when you fail because it means you get a new opportunity to learn more.

  • Affinity for the unconventional. You get a kick out of rejecting conventional wisdom. And you’re not afraid to try weird, crazy, and quite possibly stupid ideas.

  • Extremely focused. You practice extreme focus in everything you do. You’re always looking to prioritize your time and resources for maximum efficiency.

The Role

We are looking for a Recruiter who can help find and recruit talent for our GTM & Eng teams. You will be doing everything from building top of funnel, creating candidate profiles, conducting initial interviews, hosting recruiting events, and traveling to campuses for career fairs.

Recruiting at a startup requires an entirely different skill set from big tech. You will build everything from the ground up, creating foundations to find and attract a team of talented people. Consequently, you will make a real impact fast.

What You'll Do

  • Source proactively across LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social platforms, niche communities, and creative methods.

  • Own the top of the funnel for all GTM roles — from initial research and outreach to qualified first-round interviews.

  • Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation.

  • Contacting identified candidates and conducting screening interviews.

  • Work closely with the founders and hiring managers to comprehensively understand Rilla’s short- and long-term talent needs.

  • Manage JD calibration, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding.

  • Utilize direct search techniques for candidate identification and guide them through recruitment.

  • Conduct regular audits of ATS data for accuracy and consistency.

  • Collaborate with recruiting contractors and agencies that Rilla collaborates with.

What We Need

  • Someone who’s obsessed with finding, engaging, and closing exceptional sales talent in roles where candidates don’t just “apply.”

  • Proven ability to proactively find and attract candidates rather than waiting for them to come to you.

  • A hunter mindset — thrives on rejection, repetition, and building volume from scratch.

  • Results-oriented with proven critical thinking ability, innovativeness, and flexibility to succeed in changing and ambiguous situations.

  • Excellent time and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines.

Benefits
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supplementary food and drink — 6x a week

  • Gym membership

  • Commuter benefits

  • Relocation assistance

  • Take what you need, paid time off, not accrual-based

  • $1,000 stipend for learning and personal growth

  • Tech equipment
