A Recruiter will play a key role in attracting top talent to the organization and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist with job posting and advertising on various online platforms, job boards, and social media channels.
- Source and screen resumes/CVs to identify qualified candidates for open positions, conducting initial phone screens as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Prepare interview materials and logistics, including interview schedules, candidate assessments, and video conference setups.
- Assist with candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), tracking progress and status changes.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Technical Requirements
- Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
- RAM: 16 GB minimum
- 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
- USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)

- 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
- After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
- After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
- After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
- After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
- After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month
Two Annual Adjustments: Every year, you benefit from two salary increases: one on your work anniversary, recognizing your continued tenure with WorkBetterNow, and one at the start of each calendar year, when all salary ranges are updated company-wide.
