Salary Range:
The expected salary range for this position is $55,000.00-$65,000.00. Please note that the final offer amount may vary based on experience and skillset of the selected candidate.This position will assist the Recruiting Coordinators in all phases of attorney recruitment. They will provide administrative support for the summer, fall, and lateral hiring programs, as well as the attorney integration program.Essential Duties
Fall Program (1L/2L Hiring and Fall Outreach)
Assist with scheduling in-office/virtual interviews; pre-screening resumes; coordinating and distributing schedules and resumes to interviewing attorneys; entering information into viDesktop; updating fall documents daily; proofing and preparing correspondence to students. Assist and attend weekly fall meetings along with preparing the meeting packets. Draft offer packets and letters for attorneys and students. Process students’ travel expenses and reimbursements. Assist with planning and coordination of receptions and OCI.
Summer Program
Assist with preparation and implementation of summer program. Research, plan, and schedule social events, lunches, dinners, and other outside activities during the program. Set up and prepare the student Facebook, first-day orientation, invitations, nametags, and correspondence. Maintain work product assignments and evaluations and compile information for offers. Attend most summer program events.
Lateral Program
Assists with all aspects of lateral hiring.
Attorney Integration Program
Assists with organizing and implementing ideas for the integration of new attorneys, including first year associates and lateral attorneys
Assists with all overflow work from summer, fall and lateral hiring program.
Other Duties
Other responsibilities include filing, faxing, and processing all check requests as well as assisting the Director of Attorney Recruitment, Managers, and Recruiting Coordinators with related responsibilities.
Reporting Relationship
The Recruiting Assistant reports directly to the Manager of Entry-Level Recruiting.
Qualifications
Experience/Knowledge
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have.
Ability to handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.
Recruiting experience preferred, but not required.

The Recruiting Assistant must exhibit professionalism and tactfulness.
Ability to produce results in a high-stress work environment.
Maintaining confidentiality and use good judgment.
This well-organized individual must be team-oriented, flexible and maintain an enthusiastic attitude.
Physical Demands
Must be able to move around the office up to 15% of the time to make copies, fax, file, etc. Remains stationary at least 85% of the time. When coordinating/attending special events, might be required to move around up to 100% of the time. This position operates computers and other office productivity machines (e.g., fax machine, copier, printer, etc.) on a regular basis. Occasionally required to move documents or files weighing up to 15 lbs. This position requires constant communication and exchange of information with the Firm attorneys, clients and staff. This position must be able to inspect and observe information on a computer screen at least 80% of the time.
Working Conditions
Hybrid schedule. Required to be in the office for a minimum of three days per week, with the option to work remotely up to two days per week. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
