Buzz Solutions is on the hunt for a stellar Recruiting Coordinator / People Operations Associate. As we continue to scale, we would like to find a highly organized, people-focused Recruiting Coordinator, People Operations Associate to support our hiring needs and employee experience initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple departments/time zones and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain records within the ATS (greenhouse)
  • Work alongside all our hiring managers to gather notes and feedback on candidates in our pipeline
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish
  • Assist in sourcing candidates for all our open positions within our organization
  • Coordinate employee engagement activates and events 
  • Assist with HR compliance documentations and audits
  • Support the onboarding process by sending welcome emails and onboarding schedules
  • Walking employees through our employee handbook, benefits enrollment and policies
  • Introduce our new employees to our company culture and values
  • Help coordinate employee recognition programs
  • Assist in Ad hoc projects as they arise
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar support role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with any ATS and HRIS platforms as well as other HR related platform a plus
  • Experience working in a high growth stage company

Anticipated Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Benefits: Health, Dental &Vision insurance, 401k Contributions, Unlimited Paid Time Off, STD/LTD,
