Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support and help manage the organization’s recruiting efforts across a fully remote environment. This individual will play a key role in maintaining strong candidate pipelines, coordinating recruiting activity, and helping drive hiring initiatives from job posting through candidate selection. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally with candidates and internal teams, and excels at managing recruiting systems, coordinating interviews, tracking candidate progress, and keeping hiring workflows organized, efficient, and on track.

This is a full-time position that is fully remote. 

This position may require access to technology, technical data, or information that is subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. Employment in this position is contingent upon either verification of U.S. person status as defined under applicable export control regulations (which includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, and certain protected individuals such as refugees and asylees) or the ability to obtain any required export authorization. A Day in the Life of an Recruiting Coordinator Role: The Recruiting Coordinator starts their day by reviewing active hiring priorities, candidate pipelines, and upcoming interviews to ensure recruiting activities remain organized and on track across the organization. Throughout the day, they coordinate closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams to schedule interviews, manage recruiting communications, maintain recruiting systems, and help ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience for all parties involved. They play a key role in supporting the organization’s growth by sourcing candidates, tracking recruiting progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping keep hiring workflows efficient and scalable within a fast-paced remote environment. As priorities shift and new hiring needs arise, they adapt quickly to keep recruiting efforts moving forward while helping leadership and hiring teams stay informed and aligned. By the end of the day, they have helped strengthen the organization’s recruiting operations by keeping hiring processes organized, candidates engaged, and recruitment initiatives progressing efficiently.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain recruiting systems, candidate records, and hiring workflows to keep the recruiting process organized and up to date.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, recruiting platforms, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Assist with creating, posting, and updating job advertisements across recruiting platforms and hiring channels.
• Review resumes and assist with initial candidate screening to help identify strong-fit candidates for open roles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams across a fully remote organization.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide a professional and organized candidate experience.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview progress, and recruiting workflows to help drive hiring efforts from sourcing through candidate selection.
• Support hiring managers by coordinating recruiting updates, follow-ups, and next steps throughout the hiring process.
• Help improve recruiting processes, documentation, and hiring workflows as the organization continues to grow.
• Handle candidate and company information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, HR coordination, or a similar coordination-focused role.
• Experience maintaining candidate records, recruiting systems, interview schedules, and hiring workflows.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational accuracy across scheduling, documentation, candidate records, and recruiting coordination activities.
• Capable of working independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with hiring priorities and team needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience coordinating recruiting, talent acquisition, or hiring processes in a fast-paced technology, MSP, or professional services environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, candidate pipelines, and hiring workflow tools.
• Experience scheduling interviews and communicating professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams in a remote organization.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate candidate records, documentation, and recruiting updates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Familiarity with IT, cybersecurity, or compliance-driven organizations is preferred.
