Overview:

2020 Companies is seeking a Recruiting Manager!

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000

The recruiting manager is a strategic corporate partner entrusted to lead and manage a team of recruiters (internal, contract and RPO) to attract and assess retail talent in a high volume, fast-paced, fun and crazy environment. Your clients are not only the field leaders and hiring managers, but you will be involved with service and sales to help design new and exciting processes.

 
The ideal candidate has a relevant recruiting background in high-volume contact-center or warehouse staffing, is process and metrics oriented, and can drive performance through motivation.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of 5-10 direct reports; provide prompt/objective coaching/counseling; coordinate, plan, and assign work for staff in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable legal requirements
  • Identify all possible recruiting resources
  • Successfully design, develop, and implement Recruiting programs and processes for the Retail business channel
  • Supervise and monitor the department’s daily activities
  • Effectively manage the relationship between internal and external customers
  • Continuously measure results against annual and project-based recruiting goals
  • Successfully create strategies to ensure objectives are met in a timely manner
  • Measure and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and other practices set forth by upper management directives
  • Obtain/implement resources necessary to source candidates by leveraging technology and seeking vendor relationships
  • Successfully foster professional working relationships between Recruiting, HR, and the field to ensure efficient process flow
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements:

  • Ensure department does not exceed established budget
  • Establish appropriate cost per hire by line of business; manage to meet established expectation
  • Ensure effective communication to all stakeholders regarding weekly recruitment activity against established goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Effectively prioritize and organize multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem solve
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
