  • Build the candidate-journey strategy, integrating audience segmentation, messaging and creative, paid search/social/programmatic/job boards, SEO/website/landing experiences, CRM/email/SMS, retargeting, and on-site conversion, into cohesive, test-and-learn plans with clear KPIs, attribution, and ROI targets
  • Orchestrate creative briefs, content needs, landing experiences, and conversion paths in partnership with Creative, CRM, and Digital
  • Utilize analytics to maximize your campaign performance and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Manage budgets and vendor/agency partners; forecast and reallocate to maximize ROI

  • Prior experience with CRM concepts and campaign management preferred; experience using Phenom CRM a plus
  • Comfortable with AI-powered marketing tools and automation, from generative AI content creation to campaign optimization and audience targeting
  • Strong project management skills: able to plan, prioritize, and juggle multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously
