  • Partner closely with Sales and BDRs to create, progress and accelerate enterprise opportunities.
  • Localize global campaigns and messaging for US enterprise buyers.
  • Coordinate with our US PR agency on media opportunities, podcasts and speaking engagements.
  • Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution and ROI to continuously improve where we invest.

Partner marketing

  • Develop joint campaigns, webinars and event activations with strategic partners such as Mercer, WTW, ADP and Microsoft.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Maximize MDF opportunities and co-marketing investment.
  • Build scalable campaign kits that partners can activate independently.

Customer advocacy

  • Own the North American Customer Advisory Board and develop a strong network of customer advocates.
  • Turn customer success into compelling proof points through case studies, videos, reviews and event speakers.
  • Build a customer champions program that strengthens peer advocacy and creates new commercial opportunities.

What you bring

  • 6+ years of experience in field, regional, partner or customer marketing within enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • A track record of owning or directly contributing to regional pipeline targets.
  • Strong experience partnering closely with Sales and BDR teams.
  • Proven success running enterprise events, executive programs, webinars and ABM campaigns.
