This role will be the lead in sales generation and company representative for an assigned region (US-domestic) while collaborating cross-functionally with Clinical, Product Management, Marketing and Customer Service to ensure we deliver top service to our current and future sales agents, physicians, and facility customers
Primary Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain trusting relationships with surgeons, sales agents, distributors, KOL’s, internal key stakeholders and cultivate new relationships while representing elliquence’s least invasive procedural solutions for spine, including endoscopic spine
  • Complete a thorough analysis of the assigned territory and identify key target accounts.
  • Responsible for proactively generating and following up on sales leads for the assigned region.
  • Partner with Product Management and Marketing to monitor competition with key industry data, trends, opportunities and support in KOL relationships.
  • Relationship building with customers by keeping them informed of new product line, enhancement to current product and how we can best serve their needs.
  • Partner with Customer Service to support in resolving customer complaints, provide solution opportunities and provide recommendation to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the sales goals are met while also ensuring the customers’ needs are met with high standard of quality, determination and dedication.
  • Responsible for company owned inventory provided to them including storage, handling and traceability.
  • Act as liaison between the field and company headquarters identifying and communication insight and competitive actions to support the business goals for sales, product management and marketing.
  • Partner with fellow Sales team members, Product Management and Marketing at industry events to promote our product portfolio, cultivate new relationships and maintain current relationships within the industry.
  • Attend and participate in internal Sales Meetings regarding, leads, opportunities, challenges, and strategies for the assigned region. Provide field insight to ensure company’s maximum sales potential.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in progressive outside sales or B2B Sales.  A Master’s degree in a business-related field will be considered for 1-year work experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a progressive sales role in one of the following industries: medical devices, B2B, or healthcare is preferred.
  • Proven success in cultivating and maintaining relationships with surgeons, pain management doctors and KOL’s
  • Solid skills in relationship-building, communication (verbal and written) and presentation (virtual and in-person).
  • Proven success with troubleshooting and providing excellent support for resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively cross functionally within the organization including executive leadership.
  • Proven track record for meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Comfortable working in a surgical, hospital, OR/procedural environments including live cases and cadaver environments.
  • Proven success with demonstrated initiative, proactively creating opportunities, and competitive drive for sales and business efficiency.
  • One with a strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to proactively think ahead to ensure the customers’ experience is above standard.
  • Computer skills: Solid experience with MS Office and CRM/ERP programs.

Other Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds on a regular basis but not exceeding 50 pounds on occasion.
  • Travel at least 50-75% of the time which includes a flight to other cities (domestic) for industry events, company sponsored events and to customer sites for customer needs/meetings.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and ID for flight travel.
Salary range is $100,000- $150,000/annual USD base (depending on candidates’ experience) and eligible for commissions.
