Verify patient insurance eligibility, update account demographics, register patients, resolve eligibility errors and denials, research and resubmit claims, prepare adjustments, and communicate with patients and clients.
Remote Position:
Third Party Biller is responsible for verification of insurance eligibility and updating patient account demographics.
- Responsible for ensuring that claims go to the correct payers with correct patient demographics.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and update patient's account.
- Resolve eligibility errors and denials.
- Register patients in the system.
- Respond to verbal and written communication or requests from patients and clients.
- Request patient information from clients.
- Resolve account discrepancies and prepare adjustment request, as necessary.
- Research and resubmit claims.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay Rate: $16-19 per hour
