Provides remote, contract-based employment litigation support for Georgia law firms. Responsibilities include attending and conducting hearings and depositions, reviewing case files, assisting with strategy, communicating with clients and supervising attorneys, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and advancing cases. Requires Georgia licensure, at least five years of litigation experience, employment law expertise, deposition and hearing experience, strong drafting and research skills, and availability for in-person Georgia proceedings.

We are a national network of experienced, high-level freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.
Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified and dependable Georgia Employment Litigation Attorney.
Remote work hours will vary but are expected to start at approximately 5+ hours per week. Candidates must be willing to attend in-person hearings, depositions, and other proceedings in Georgia as needed.
- Attend hearings and depositions
- Take and defend depositions
- Review case files before appearances
- Assist with case strategy
- Communicate with clients and supervising attorneys
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery as needed
- Conduct legal research
- Help keep cases moving forward
- Licensed and in good standing in Georgia
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Employment law experience
- Deposition and hearing experience
- Willing to handle in-person appearances
- Strong research and drafting skills
- Responsive and dependable
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently
Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
