Partner Acquisition Manager - Virtual

Compensation: $25.00 per hour + bonus potential
Schedule: Part-Time | Day Shift

Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Strategy & Development
  • Track and document partner feedback in the CRM and shared databases.
  • Develop and maintain pipeline growth strategies aligned with territory needs and organizational goals.
  • Communicate pipeline progress regularly to the Director of Partner Acquisition and other key leadership team members.
  • Support post-conference follow-up activities, including CRM data entry, email outreach, and phone calls.
  • Send partner contracts for signature as requested.
Prospecting & Outreach
  • Execute initial outreach through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Schedule meetings for the Director and Senior Vice President of Partner Acquisition.
  • Conduct acute care and post-acute care outreach calls, maintaining a minimum
  • of 10 calls per hour, with the expectation of exceeding this goal whenever possible.
  • Accurately document all prospect interactions, notes, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
  • Consistently achieve a minimum of 10 qualified meetings per week while meeting all requirements outlined in the bonus structure.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Submit a written weekly progress report to the Director of Partner Acquisition and the Chief Strategy Officer (or designee) every Friday.
  • Document and distribute meeting notes to ensure visibility of partner activity and status.
  • Communicate all community contract needs to the Director of Partner Acquisition promptly as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to ensure all teams have access to current partner information.
